To ensure a smooth and successful livestock reservation:
All customers must confirm their exact livestock order before stock can be reserved.
A reservation deposit is required to secure your animals.
Provide your full name, delivery address, and contact number to finalize your reservation.
Let us know how long you’d like us to hold your stock—extra holding time may include additional fees.
If you plan to visit us in person, please read our visitation policy below.
Payment Terms: 50% deposit upon receiving your invoice and contract, and the final 50% is due upon confirmation of your delivery tracking.
Visitation Policy
We love hosting serious buyers who want to see our livestock before purchase:
Visits are strictly by appointment only.
Visits are open to bulk buyers only.
A visitation fee applies to all scheduled visits.
Visitors must complete a visitor form and share their purpose for the visit.
Visits are allowed only on the 1st of every month by prior booking.
Please note: We are primarily an online livestock supplier.
Delivery Policy
We deliver livestock throughout South Africa, safely and reliably. Here’s what to know:
Confirm your exact order and livestock quantity before delivery.
Provide your name, address, and phone number to arrange delivery.
A 50% deposit is required before delivery is scheduled.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D).
Let us know your preferred delivery date accurately to avoid delays.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the health and quality of every animal we supply:
If livestock is damaged during transit, we’ll assess and process appropriate refunds.
A 100% money-back guarantee applies within 21 days, if:
The livestock does not match the agreed quality, or
A genetic condition is discovered after delivery.
