I received expert help from Jennielee. She walked me through the journey of identifying and eventually purchasing a suitable incubator for me. Upon enquirey, she also provided freight options which made my decision to purchase even easier.

I'm so impressed with the service I received from surehatch. They are very professional 👏 👌. I placed an order by Sunday evening, on Tuesday afternoon I received my order via EPX courier. But one thing I'm not happy about is that some of my cages where bended. But overall I'm so grateful for surehatch.

Was very skeptical buying online but Vennesa made it so much easy for me to buy in and trust the process. Ordered through her and did not have stock but quickly found it for me in CPT and when I asked to simply direct the courier to me instead of JHB she made it in a heartbeat. I got my machine within 4 days
