Here’s how our refund process works:
Damage During Delivery
If your livestock is injured or compromised during transportation, we will assess the situation and offer a refund or replacement, depending on the severity of the damage. Clear photos or videos of the condition upon delivery must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Genetic Defects or Illness
We take livestock genetics seriously. If any animal develops a genetic disease or is found to have a serious health issue that originated before delivery, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange, as per our health guarantee.
Quality Assurance Guarantee – 21 Days
If the animals you receive are not the same breed, size, age, or quality as originally agreed upon, you have up to 21 days from the date of delivery to request a return or full refund. This policy ensures you only pay for livestock that meets your expectations and our standards.
Terms & Requirements:
You must provide proof of the issue (images, vet reports, or inspection records).
Livestock must be returned in reasonably good condition (except in the case of illness or defect).
Transportation costs for returning stock may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after a successful claim review.
