Delivery Issues (Within 24 Hours)
If livestock arrives injured or compromised due to transportation:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photos or videos of the livestock at the time of delivery are required
Resolution:
After review, we may issue a refund or replacement, depending on the condition of the animal.
Pre-Existing Health or Genetic Issues
If a licensed veterinarian confirms that livestock has a serious illness or genetic defect that existed before delivery:

A written veterinary report is required

Conditions caused after delivery are not covered
Resolution:
Eligible claims may receive a refund or replacement after verification.
Incorrect Order or Description (21 Days)
If the livestock delivered does not match the breed, age, size, or description agreed upon at purchase:

Claims must be submitted within 21 days of delivery

Resolution:
Once verified, a refund or exchange will be issued.
Return Conditions
